This cute and quirky single-story holiday home is situated in beautiful Carrickalinga, right between North and South Bay. It is in an absolute ideal location for a relaxing holiday, only a short 4-minute walk to either beach.

'The Palms' features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a second toilet and can sleep up to 9 people. This property offers air-conditioned open plan living, with a separate rumpus room for those that want to escape from the rest of the group.

The bedroom set up comprises of a queen bed, 1 double bed, and 2 sets of bunk beds.

Relax and enjoy endless hours of sun baking, enjoy a family bbq or just get away from all the hustle and bustle of city living. When out and about enjoy; water sports, fishing, golfing, horse riding, arts and crafts, fine food, and great local wine. So much to offer; this is one holiday not to miss out on.

Location Located on Solitude Drive - between North and South Bay (4-minute walk to the beach).
Bed configuration: Sleeps 9 (3 bedrooms) 1 queen, 1 double, 2 bunks, 1 trundle.
Bathroom: Freestanding shower, 2 x wc, No bath.
Facilities: Open plan Dining/Kitchen, Delonghi coffee machine, separate Rumpus Room and Laundry with front loader washing machine.
Features/entertainment: TV, dvd, bbq, Outdoor setting.
Heating/cooling: Box air conditioning in the living area. Ceiling fan to the living room.
Pets: Pets are Negotiable.
Fenced: Fully fenced backyard.
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer, and T-towel
